I have installed the software to the product but for some reason i still can not connect to the internet. when i connect directly to computer it works but when i use the router i lose connection to internet

hey you can put your photos from your camera to your computer and view it directly but if you want to do the vice versa(i.e computer to camera) if you just like that copy the photos from your computer and paste them in your device's memeory then you cannot view them . instead you have to install the picture package transfer from your installation cd(may be a different name for nikon software) and then connect your camera via usb. open the software you installed then you should transfer the photos to camera from computer via the software only. this happens because your camera is an embedded system and its not a computer.for your information hp and nikon have nothing to do with this issue..
