Try resetting the phone to factory settings, if that will not fix the problem, you may need to load the new firmware/software that you can find the manufacturer's website.
The easiest way I can think of is by backing up your data onto pc the transfering the back up to where ever you want it. There are several programs on the net that should do this for you.
