I don't get any response from my Steamist Steamshower timer. No lights nor timer goes on

I am going to suggest contacting Steamist since they are the experts in this product.
http://www.steamist.com/contact.htm

My understanding is Steamist has 5 year parts warranty, and 3 year labor warranty, which is good warranty.

The contact e-mails includes 'literature' so you can order a manual, 'troubleshoot' so can get directions from the folks who make the product, and email for sales manager.
I would also inquire about authorized service center, and ask what is likelihood of getting long-term repair vrs buying another unit.

Fixya is always less expensive than a service call.

The system was worming, producing steam and then quit working. The key pad does not work when the start/stop pad is depressed. The system is about 5 years old.

24hr timer to 240v lighting receptical need the wire diagram

As for the Contacts wiring, there are TWO,, One contact will be wired to the Supply and Power IN to the Timers Phase + power &, Phase + IN Contacts. There will be TWO wires on that Terminal. The Timers other Power in wire is Neutral neg, it is Common, and connected to Neutral.. The other side of the Contacts goes to the Pfase + side of the Load. There will be only ONE wire on that side going to the "Load". The LOAD goes to this "Other" side of the Timer Contacts, which are Normally Closed, the Other side of the contacts, as said, goes to the Phase + on the LOAD & of course, the other side of the LOAD goes to the Neutral.Common. Now the Timer has power all the time, and when the timer "Times Out" the connection to the "Load" will be "Broken" when the Contacts "Open". Be safe.
