Replacing the batteries The thermometer is supplied with two 1.5 V type AA (LR 06). For best performance, we recommend Duracell ® alkaline batteries. Insert new batteries when the battery symbol appears on the display. Open the battery compartment. Remove the batteries and replace with new batteries, making sure the poles are in the right direction. Slide battery door back until it snaps in place. To protect the environment, dispose of empty batteries at appropriate collection sites according to national or local regulations.

Question edited for clarity, and spelling 'brain' to Braun, and 'thermoter' to thermometer, 'comes in' to comes on..

There are some ideas here, but it sounds faulty and needs warranty return or repair.

How do I replace the battery in my Braun ThermoScan model HM3

1. Insert a flat head screw driver (FHSD) on the opening shown on picture. 2. While pushing down, move the FHSD towards LOT (right at this angle) as you pull towards you. The goal is to have an opening at the arch. 3. Insert another FHSD (or hard plastic if you don't want to mar) at the arch if it doesn't open. The battery orientation signs are shown on the back of the battery cover. I hope this helps. Keep fixing!

How can I be sure if my PCM is bad???

I would try disconnecting battery again. Disconnect both cables and touch them together for a few seconds. This will reset all modules. Wierd that you had so many codes after just disconnecting battery. Sometimes very hard to tell if ecm is bad.

I found this online and I used it to help me with the same issue. It also works for f to c. You will need something small to help you though.

I have a Delonghi Dragon HM3 Oil Filled Radiator, its only a year and a few months old, I turned it off after using it for a few hours and now it won't turn back on. I have changed the fuse but still no...

does it have a reset button? Have you thrown a breaker to that plug in? Does that plug in work? Try plugging something else in and find out it could be as simple as a blown breaker. thats the only things I could think of

Not sure what you mean by eng mod fuse. What's the year, make and model? What's the description of that fuse in the owner's manual?
