Your phone has java MIDP 2.0 CLDC1.1 and the error shows that either the app is not designed for your phone or the app requires additional commands and access that your phone is not able to give to 3rd part programs OR 2nd case may be you ram is low and these apps require a lot of ram so after sometime these show app error or java error.U can download new versions of these apps and set the application access to always allowed and also read user data to always allowed.Hope this works
The application you are running may not work with the version of Java currently on your phone. You need to refer to your users manual on errors of application faults.
Java game error is an application error and not a hardware error. So replacing the SIM card will never fix this problem. There's a possibility that the Java version that you have in your phone is not supported by the MXIT.
Verify the supported Java versions of MXIT. Then check the version of Java you have in your phone.
Try to upgrade the Java in your phone, then try to download the MXIT again. If same problem occur, try to download another application, and if it DOES work, then there's no problem with the phone. There could be a problem with the application (mxit) that you are trying to download.
Contacting the manufacturer for additional info is a good thing to do as well.
Greetings Beertjie,
Even though the Samsung X830 does offer Java support, one can't download and install new Java applications on the phone - only the pre-installed Java applications will work on the phone. It is therefore (because MXit is a Java application) unfortunately not possible to make a version of MXit for the Samsung X830.
Samsung South Africa have updated their website and now no longer list Java support as one of the X830's features (previously incorrectly listed). This further confirms that the Samsung X830 doesn't offer Java support:
