What to do when my Hisence 32 inch tv do not want to accept no universal remote the original remote is lost. is the tv lock?

Sounds like the power supply board is starting to fail. Most likely blown, or leaking capacitors. The capacitors are normally a very cheap, and easy fix if you have any kind of soldering skills. The board itself can be a little pricy, but also easy to change, and less than a new tv.

Check the system of your channel. Set your TV System on automatic so that it will choice the desire system whether NTSC or PAL or MESECAM

power supply issue..may be some bad capacitors simply replace them....dada....your prob solved

ok any one with the problem having a lock osd on the hisense plasma screen this is what you need to do to unlock the osd
you will need the tv remote control to hand ....
press the menu button on the side of the tv .. you will have a display message saying osd locked ......
now press the menu button again so the same message comes up again then press the number 9 on you original remote for the tv ...
job done osd now unlocked....... hope this helps
you can only unlock the osd with the tv remote there is no other way, so if you dont have one you will need to get one to do this.

To unlock your Tl2020 with a universal remote just go into the menu and select V chip setting. The password from the factory is four zeros (0 0 0 0 ). Once you get in you will the letter "B" nect to everything. Set everything to the letter "U". Then, turn off the television. The set should be unlocked now. Good luck !
