The biggest difference is Apple's IOS operating system versus the Android OS. Apple's IOS far better integrated and much more stable and secure than Android.

When you are sure you did not make any error with your login and password, the only one to help you is Apple. When your iPad (mini) is locked on the lock screen and nothing helps, not even resetting and log in again, take the iPad to an Apple store. Take the iPad, your invoice of the iPad and identification, to prove it is your name on the invoice and ask them to help you resetting the iPad.
First try resetting, by pressing the home button and the on / off switch, till the apple logo appears on the screen. Then try logging in with the Passcode or the password you gave Apple when you did setup your account. Could be a different (actually it should be different) from the e-mail account your account is connected to.

I'm sorry but do you have an iPad or an Android Tablet? Android won't run on an iPad as it uses iOS operating system not android.

The iPad uses an Apple based operating system and the Android phone uses a Windows based operating system. Even though they both support Facebook, getting the two different devices to sync is highly unlikely.

Things like iPad don't come with a detailed user manual as to how to use each and every function of them. They are intuitive and you can learn only by using the device. However for most basic operations, they can have a user manual either online or offline. Try searching for iPad user manual online.

It is not possible android runs on a different platform then ipad
it is not possible without rewriting the whole software from scratch
