F-80 won't fold down. Pushed down the yellow lever put on the power and everything set to zero and the deck will not fold down?

The locking mechanism is jammed or broken. You may need to inspect the yellow lever and the locking pin to see if they are functioning properly. If not, you may need to replace them or contact a service technician for assistance.
- The deck is too heavy or stuck. You may need to apply more force to lower the deck, or check if there is anything blocking the deck from folding down. You may also need to lubricate the deck and the belt to reduce friction and make it easier to fold.
- The treadmill is not level or stable. You may need to adjust the leveling feet or move the treadmill to a flat and solid surface. If the treadmill is wobbling or uneven, it may prevent the deck from folding down smoothly.

How do I clear the E6 code in a Xterra 3.0 treadmill?

An E6 or E7 error code is an incline error code. The E7 code means the potentiometer value the console is reading from the lift motor is out of range. This can happen when there is a bad wire harness connection or a damaged wire harness. It could also just mean the incline motor needs to be adjusted back into range. If all wire connections look ok, the incline motor will need to be adjusted.
  1. Turn the power OFF, wait 5-seconds and turn back ON.
  2. Get into test mode and enter through the I/O testing step. This screen will display the potentiometer value of the incline motor. Different models will have different values. Check to see if the running deck is raised to high incline level or if it is at the low level. If the running deck is at a low position press the incline up button. This will cause the incline motor to raise the running deck up. When the deck gets to a mid-level position, press the incline up button a second time to stop the deck. If the running deck is in a high incline position, use the incline down button to adjust the deck to a mid-level position.
  3. Once the unit is in the mid-level position, power the treadmill off for 5-seconds and then power it back ON.
  4. Start the treadmill.
  5. Once the treadmill starts the running deck will move to the level 0 position. If this does not resolve the issue or it will not adjust please contact customer service.
Also note that not all models will have the ability to adjust the incline motor. If the adjustment procedure is not found in the Owner's Manual then contact customer service.

Machine makes a LOUD clack clack clack while running. Seems to be coming from rear belt roller area...

It is probably the join on the belt itself as it passes the over the roller. It could be a sign that the belt is breaking.

How to level

Tighten the LHS only. It runs to the LHS because the RHS has been tightened more. Try turning 180 deg clockwise on the LHS with the machine running @ 2 kph. The machine must be running to adjust.Turn 45 deg at a time if the first 180 wasn't enough.

I have an Image 17.5s that the display is flickering and although the belt runs when I walk on it, it wobbles. What can I do?

1) adjust the tension.
2) LUBE the deck belt . maybe you have a WORN deck belt.
3) LUBE the rollers bearing.
Try again, if the problem persist you must need replace the worn deck and belt too.
God bless you

How do I calibrate my horizon t102. I turn it on and the level motor continues to run, the treadmill motor wont come on. I think it is a level sensor that is bad. Where is that located

The "level sensor" is built into the elevation motor assembly, which is a 10kohm potentiometer. What year treadmill? If the elevation motor assy has a small connector with an orange, blue and brown wire set, you can use an ohm meter to read this pot on these leads. It sounds like a loose cable upper to lower, or possibly a faulty motor control bd which controls the elevation. Unplug tread before looking around..

Proform 765 EKG

If I understand correct, the treadmill will not run correct unless you have the safety key in. Well yes this is correct because once the safety key is removed the treadmill will stop. If your treadmill is running extremely fast just by turning it on, you may need a new speed sensor. www.AtlantaFitnessRepair.com
