Just wondering where to purchase the EasyLink speakers for my Philips flat panel tv and how much they cost. Any info will be helpful.Thank you.

I tried to find this kind of speakers for a long time with no success. The reason is clear to both of us: internal speakers on Philips TVs **** and you want some external speakers and use the TV remote to control them. With this in mind I bought a cheap memorex ipod speaker-dock with its own small remote control, took everything out and installed in a nice looking black plastic box (about 2''x2''x4'') which now sits under my Philips TV. I got rid of the small and inefficient speakers in the ipod dock (which, by the way, gets 5V DC from a usb port) insert 2 1KOhm resistors and on the + wire (one for left channel and one for right channel) and use these speaker output as output towards a 2.1 computer speakers. I turned the TV speakers off from the TV menu and now I have a great sound to my Philips TV using the analog output at the back (red and white) and I can control it from the remote that came with the ipod dock. Hope this was helpful to you and hope Philips will review their policy about ''easylink'' which is the most idiotic thing I heard. It's sad they have this flaw with their TVs because they are indeed affordable, excellent products otherwise.

Four weeks ago I bought an iPod Touch 32GB. After listening to my iPod on an external speaker I tried using the headphone and the sound is just too low. I thought my headphone was damaged but I tried it on...

Sounds like plugging the external speakers in has damage the spot were the headphones go in. If this is under warranty that bring it to apple store.

The internal speaker in my ipod touch does not generate sound. any advice?

The internal speaker stopped working on my 2G touch yesterday. I performed a restart on it and the speaker function was restored. Basically just follow the 5R process in this website: http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/five_rs/
