My Panasonic RR-US360 will not connect to the Voice Editing software V1. using Windows 7

    Thanks for this advice - unfortunately you can only download the virtual pc and XP download if you have Windows 7 professional or premium. Does not allow a download for the W7 Home version

    Unfortunately - I cannot change windows from Win 7 to an earlier version so it looks like the recorder's functions make it now an all but useless paper weight as I bought the model originally for the convenience of the Voice Editing software packed with the unit :(

Panosonic is not supporting for Windows 7

But you can use.

    It is the problem with the driver and the windows.It cannot be solved until you change windows.

Lookig for the driver &software
Try calling Panasonic at 800-211-7262. If you have windows vista, you're screwed! They currently don't have the software update. They said that they are working on it. Yea right!!! I have three of these units. I should have bought a Sony.
