You can download the drivers from Dell WEB site, thesupport download page. Make sure you select your model desktop or laptop, better still, type in the Service Tag number, it is printed on the label on thebottom of the laptop and on the back or sides of a desktop. (If the Service Taglabel is missing then go into the BIOS setting and on one of the BIOS pages, the Service Tag number will be displayed). This will open the page where thespecific drivers for your model computer are located. Also make sure you selectthe Windows XP or Vista version of the drivers for your Windows operatingsystem. Click on this link to download the drivers: - http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/index.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen

Blue line on screen

This is very likely caused by display card driver. You may need to update
the display card driver.

I suggest you disable the display card driver to see if the problem still
exists. This will force Windows XP to use the default VGA driver.

To disable the display card driver, you can perform the following steps:
a. Click Start, right click My Computer and click Manage.
b. Click to highlight "Device Manager".
c. Click the plus sign "+" next to "Display adapters".
d. Right click your display card and click Disable.
e. Reboot your computer.

Igxprd32 display driver stop responding is flashed on my computer when i play games on my desktop .what can i do to fix that problem so that i can play games on my desktop

This is a problem with the GM965 chipset display driver. you need to search for the updated display driver for your computer/laptop and then install this to your system.

steps:
  • Right click on 'My Computer' and select 'Properties'
  • In Properties screen, select 'Hardware', and then 'device manager'
  • Look for 'Display Drivers/Adapters', and then look for your display drivers (e.g. Intel(R) GM965 chipset display).
  • Right click on the name of the display driver and choose 'Uninstall'.
  • Reboot your computer.
  • Go to http://www.update.microsoft.com
  • Choose Custom Update option
  • you will see microsoft page checking for updates for your system
  • once it has detected that your display driver is missing or needs to be updated
  • you can click in Hardware link on left side of screen and it will show you the old version of your display driver
  • simply install this one and you are done.

No display and always blinking power light

The issue might be due to the corrupted display driver. I recommend you to check the issue by connecting to external monitor, then reinstall the display drivers. If there is no display even on the external monitor, then the issue might be with the graphic adapter.

No driver

Monitors do not need drivers, the drivers are used on the video display adapter.

If monitor does not display full definition, then it is the display adapter driver.

If the monitor does not display anything, then the monitor is faulty or the cable is not well connected or faulty.

Provide video adapter model to get drivers for your video adapter.

LCD monitor trouble

Hi

It could be an issue with the monitor or the software or the drivers for the graphics card.

Pls uninstall the display drivers, restart the drivers and reinstall the display drivers and then restart the computer once again and check the display.

Also pls install the monitor software that came with the monitor.

Also you may try downloading the original display drivers and any driver updates from the graphics card manufacturer website and check the display.

If the above steps doesnt work, then the monitor has to be serviced or replaced.
