yellow, white and red wires usually connected to the same name same colors on both devices. Does the tv need to be on a certain channel? YES, try change to all ex: VIDEO 1, VIDEO 2, DIGITAL, ANALOG, HDMI or any according to tv sysem
Yes, your notebook comes with an HDMI port. You will need an HDMI cable to connect to the TV (usually LCD TVs come with an HDMI port). After the connection has been made, change the source in the TV by clicking the "Source" button on the remote. It usually changes in the following sequence - AV1, AV2, HDMI.
use scart lead put one end into the digital ( BOX or TV ) out put ( AV1 or AV2) and the other into (AV1) on vcr then change the mode so AV1 shows on vcr display
you can do this by pressing button on remote marked with ( input / source or a picture with a arrow pointing into a tv
you can only record the station that the digital box or tv is on if you turn over vcr will record that station
Yes, connect to AV2 and you can select the output for AV2 from the menu. Most tv's send a selectable signal out through av2 but if you match to your Panasonic, you may find it will automatically set up with the dvd recorder(like Sony Smartlink) You simply go into the menu, select the av2 output set up and pick what you want to record. I.E. dvt, av1 etc.
Av out from sat to AV1 on TV. AV2 from tv to av in on dvd/vcr . ( if you can pick what av2 on the tv sends out set to send av1 out to record) OR AVout from sat. to AV1 on TV, AVvideo on sat to vcr/dvd. The sat. system will act as a "play through" device so you can play vcr/dvd without changing the AV on the TV. If you connect another lead in either option you may get a feedback loop causing audio "squeak" and video problems. Post back to let me know if this helps.
Hi,on your vcr and dvd you should have scart sockets,on the vcr connect a scart lead in the one marked av1,on the dvd connect the other end to the scart to the one marked av2.Now on the dvd select the channel av2 using the input button on the r/control.Now all you have to do is put the vcr on play and the dvd on record.I hope thi helps
Tried all combinations of scart connections and channel settings ,without result. Finally connected an external freeview box to VCR AV2,with through aerial feed to TV.Setting TV toEXT-1 and VCR to AV2 and with scart to phono adaptors connected box audio and video "out "with phono leads to audio video "in" using an adaptor into the TV scart socket.
Simple matter. The Yellow cable will connect from Video Out of VCR to VIDEO IN of TV. Red cable will connect from AUDIO OUR (R) of VCR to AUDIO IN (R) of TV and AUDIO OUT (L) of VCR will connect to AUDIO IN (L) of TV.
Play VCR or DVD and select AV1 or AV2 of TV using TV remote control. This button may also be labelled as TV/VIDEO on your TV's Remote Control
To be able to select AV1, you have to first go into the setup menu and set the control set top box setting to OFF. I think you go to the menu >> setup >> features >> set top box control >> select OFF. Note that this has the side effect of erasing any previously stored timer settings.
