My fone have virus.how can i remove virus without formatting my fone and memory card.is there an antivirus for LG Cookie KP500? And plz tell me the procedure for formatting my fone,and memorycard.

First of all remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Use a hair dryer to warm up the battery compartment so as to warm up the set lightly. Now replace only the battery after about 15 minutes back into the phone and switch on. If the phone boots up and comes alive with a touch pad working, then reset phone to factory settings, connect your phone to PC to have a virus scan . Also now have your memory card scanned for virus, remove files and format.
If however the fault stays then you might have to contact Samsung to have the software reinstalled.

D prob here is micro&macro virus, which 'll be invisible.
Just format d phone memory & Memory card first. Then, U'll b able 2 use again.
Some times when U open music player, mobile phone gets off. So, take care 4 Ur mobile 4m being much affected by those viruses......

Try another card
Look for the supported card for the phone
basically that means that the phone cannot really read the memory card or the card has a broken or corrupted file

your memory might have gotten full...
or other thing may be is that the memory card you are using has viruses...check for that...better you format after backing up the data...your problem must be solved...thank you

Before using memory card has to be formatted. If your phone doesn;t let you format the card then use pc and format in FAT (not NTFSC or FAT32).

it will need to be smaller then 8gb...... also micro SD......... NOT micro SDHD .....you also need to format it using the phone (check user guide for info on how to do this)

The solution to your problem is that if you own a memory card you will need to format it before it causes some serious damage to phone and the files you have stored on you memory card because I had the exact same problem as you but instead of formating my memory card i bought a new one and the phone worked fine but formating your memory card will also work!!! If you dont own a memory card for your phone then the problem is that one of the files on your phone has a virus and you may need to delete the files containing the virus!!!
