i have a samsung GT-E2120 but when i turn it on is starts to restart..... and doesnt open

My Samsung GT-E2120i phone won't work. When you turn it on all it does is display GT-E2120 SAMSUNG and then it just blinks - display/black screen/display/black screen etc. Then it won't turn off - the only way to stop it is to remove the battery.what do I do to solve this?

since you have forgotten your password and want to reset your tv back to normal.open the back of your tv.look for a four leg ic 102 this is a eprom take it out of the set and solder it back this will reset your tv back to normal.good luck.
