My son got the RC Halo tank for his birthday yesterday, we put batteries in it, I cant find any instructions for it, with the batteries in the tank and the controller, the lights are all on but the tank does not respond. What do we do? Can you direct me to a set of instructions for this toy?

You need to contact the supplier (shop) that supplied it or contact the maker of the RC car details should be on instructions

If you bought it three days ago - simply return

Any electronics with any type of defect within the first month should automatically be returned as it is more than likely a hardware fault

1.Check the battery of the Copter it seems to be dryied due to overcharging. 2. Check the charger, is it supllying the power or not to Charge the battery.

The solution is to change the battery with new one.

Hi! My sister's son had the exact same problem and after a quick look over the instruction manual I was able to get it to work. I have tried all the different Airhogs and this webrc is truly a superior flying toy. You can actually control it and make it go wherever you want to after you learn how to use the trim knob. Here are my suggestions to fixing the charging issue:
- Make sure the helicopter is OFF, - the batteries are fully charged on the controller/charger - and that the charging cable is plugged in correctly. You will know when you plugged it in correctly because the little light on the controller will change from red to green or vice-versa (cant remember) - the light on the controller/charger will change colors again when the helicopter is fully charged. - I am also an electrical engineer so I recommend you wait 10-15 minutes after turning it off and the same after charging it for optimal battery performance and life.
