Sounds like the fans need cleaned or replaced. If the board and or the processor get to hot they may actually throw an error code. Try cleaning it and making sure the fans are moving.

It sounds like the defective Nvidia graphic chips are failing in your laptop. Dell has extended the warranty for this kind of issues-in your case you have no video. Check this link from the Dell's community which explains the process to get your laptop repaired:

Is it charging? If it isn't then try a different charger but reopen it and clean it with a soft brush and try again otherwise it looks like you've a PSU fault there and you have either disconnected or caused static damage to the system.

If bitlocker is enabled, Dell Media Direct cannot access application files to run apps. So either boot to windows or disable bitlocker

Do you feel air coming out out the vent? it might be clogged with dust. so blow it out.

Try this, just to see if the shutdown actually works.

Open a command prompt and enter the following:

shutdown -s -t 05

-s is to shutdown, -t 05 is a 5 second countdown.  Let me know if it actually shuts down.

it is internal problem related to the mother board
it is due to overheating
please get it repaired

try getting a new network card for your laptop.
