I need to purchase an instruction manual for Delonghi model DCU72, Where can I get one and how much?

I have a DCU72 which had a chipped tube (TG007) which seems discontinued.
I purchased a TG039 from www.thegourmetdepotco.com, and this seems a usable replacement.
The only caveats are that the tube is slightly shorter (7 inches) than the previous one,
so I cannot fill the pot to the 60 cup capacity (keep at about 50-55 cups or less).

The other option I did not try is to just not have a coffee level tube, and block the hold in the spigot
with a plastic disk the same diameter as the original tube.

Deanna, apparently the model heater your purchased may have been discontinued. However, Delongi may still support it. Contact their Customer Support Dept 800-322-3848, as they can provide you with the Owners Manual.

Between 45 minutes to 60 minutes to brew that amount of coffee.

A small stone got pretty stuck in the grinder of my Delonghi esam 5400. Anyone knows how to remove it?

Go to http://www.delonghi-accessories.com you can order replacement parts. If your model is older go to customer service and they will tell you if you can still buy part.

I had the same (sight glass tube replacement) problem, but DeLongi gave me the number of a parts supplier that has them available.  Call 1-800-436-5415.
