How do I change the input source without a remote control

I'd unplug/disconnect the Roku and after 30 seconds try the control button on the back. If you can change the input do so, then plug the Roku back in. Until you use the input button on the back to change input to Roku, you should be able to use the other buttons on the back to control the TV. If this does not work, unplug both the TV and the Roku. It varies by make and model and since you didn't say anything about what TV you have it makes it harder...If you have an input button that will change the input sources, some have a button that says source, another way is with the channel up or down button, once you get to channel 2 if down is selected again it goes to the various inputs

Without knowing the make and model it is difficult to answer your question accurately. In general you would change either the source or input option. Usually the antenna option is called TV.

You can't select its inputs without a remote control.

you may fave a faulty switch in the key controller, may best advice is replace it

Go to menu on front of tv, scroll down to source/input heading.Use the volume or channel select buttons to change the source

Do a web search for a replacement remote control. If you got the tv without a remote, then I'm guessing you don't have a manual either. Here's a link to a free downloadable manual.
