I have a black and decker hand mixer model no BSM 101, but the mixer is not working. When i put the switch on the below portion which is supposed to turn does not urn only the motor is becoming...

From your description the motor has become seized and the only option is replace the motor, but probably not cost effective, serious consideration should be given in just replacing the entire mixer.

Black and Decker TRO490B bottom heat element doesn't work. It's brand new, can I fix it on my own...if so, how?

Dont bother if it is under warranty call the service line which would have been provided with your microwave users manual get it fixed for free without voiding your warranty.
