Hello , you need the adjust the two rear tension bolts/screws. If they keep loosening up, their is a update kit that has a larger head and had locking serations on the back. You can order these from iconservice.com

Hope this helps

How do you clear error code E000075-0103

Your problem is the ITB. The transfer belt is not centered. It is sliding toward the front of the machine and hitting a sensor there. If you pull the ITB you will see a small pivot sensor that the belt is pushing back. This system prevents the belt from running off the edge and destroying itself. What is wrong is that something is allowing more tension on the back side of the belt and it moves forward. I have found broken plastic pieces in the ITB unit that release the tension on the back side of the unit. Unfortunately, I don't think the plastic pieces are available so you need to change the ITB. That should solve your problem.

Rubber door seal has a small tear.

You will probally need to replace it, here is a link that will help Replacing a door seal
I have used 100% silicone to plug the holes. This has held up for several weeks without leaking. I clean the area with alcohol and rub a layer of pure silicone thru the tear trying to get it on both sides. Try to keep the inside layer not to thick so clothes do not get hung up on it, let it dry for 24 hours and it should hold.

The treadmill seems to work fine at first then the belt kinda sticks. It like stops and goes. Electrical seems fine

It's possible that your treadbelt needs lubrication, or simply adjusting. Here is a tutorial on adjusting your treadbelt:

Here is one link to purchase a lube kit, there are probably many others online also:

Should you actually need to purchase a new treadbelt, I would try to identify which specific model of the Proform 530 you have from this list and then in the parts list for that treadmill scroll down to "Treadbelt"

THE BELT ON OUR MACHINE IS BROKEN CAN I BUY A REPLACEMENT AND HOW DO WE FIT THE NEW ONE ON ?

The treadbelt can be installed by removing the front roller, the drive belt, rear roller and screws in the siderail. You do not have to remove both sides, just lift the deck and slide new belt on. To save yourself some agravation, you may cut the old belt off.

If I stand on the belt it stops moving

Unplug unit remove motor shroud so you can see the drive belt, plug in unit then start it you will be able to see whether the drive belt or running is actually causing the problem. If it is the running belt then turn both rear roller adjustment bolts clockwise in equal quarter turn increments until treadbelt stops slipping. NOTE: Be sure to run on treadbelt to ensure that the treadbelt does not slip while under load. Use 1/4" allen wrench
If the drive belt is slipping then to adjust the belt you must loosen the adjusting bolt on the motor frame then hold the motor by hand applied tension to belt then tight bolt you should be able to twist the drive belt no more then 45 degrees if you can repeat adjusting process.

The pad between the bottom plate and sanding belt is worn, torn, and folded/disfigured on one corner. What is it's function and where can I get a replacement?

That pad is usually made of cork or graphite It's used to give the back side of the sanding belt a soft and slippery surface to run on so it won't over heat/tear and fail. The part you need is P/N 2601098037 Any Bosch service center will be able to get one for you. Go to BoschTools.com and look under "find a service center"

Treadmill adjustment general lines?

"The best treadmills are those that provide you easy access to belt tracking. But, even the best treadmills with the most easily accessible belt tracking are also susceptible to stretch slightly under initial use. That is why it is important that you adjust the tread belt every so often to keep it away from stretching. Most manufacturers include the Allen wrench (a tool consisting of a hexagonal head and an L-shaped bar) in the package when you buy a treadmill from them. Use it to tighten both the belt adjustment screws clockwise. If your manufacturer did not supply you with an Allen wrench, use another of the right size. A ¼ turn, clockwise should tighten treadbelt if it has loosened. The screws for belt adjustment are usually located at the rear end of the treadmill. Some belts do require looser running than others so don’t be surprised if your treadbelt is a little loose even when you haven’t actually used it. Check the user’s guide before making adjustments just to make sure that whatever you are doing is correct. Moreover, be sure to keep the belt running at a low speed of around 3 mph when adjusting the belt tracking. This is the ideal speed when making any adjustments with the screws. Maintaining your treadmill is necessary to upkeep it's performance and looks. A little bit of adjustment here and there can make your treadmill a life long companion. "
