I can't get my Konica Minolta PagePro 1350W printer to print a Word document. The printer was working a couple of days ago. There is an "error" in the Control Panel window & the print window says "idle." I have cancelled the documents waiting in the printer que but still it won't print. I have also tried turning off the printer, waiting a few minutes & turning it back on again. There is lots of ink as it is a fairly new cartridge. Any suggestions?

Open c:\windows\system32
find a file called MSTMON_Q.EXE

right click and rename the file to anything with a file extension .exe, I named it MSTMON.EXE

Create a shortcut to this new file in case you need it in the future and put the shortcut on your desktop

also, write the original name of the file down or put it on notepad, in case you want to change it back.

restart windows

You have to connect it to exactly the same USB port. For every time you connected to a different port compared with the last one, a new copy will be installed.

You have to be sure that you are connecting the printer in exact the same USB port. If you are connecting to a different port and not to the one from was disconnected, the Windows is installing another copy of your printer. Check this, I believe this is the solution to your problem.
