MMS setting required for using MMS service (GPRS stetting and MMS setting is different).
To get the MMS setting please call your service provider.
They will send you the MMS setting.After you receive please save the settings to your
phone.
Then you can start send and receive MMS without ant problem.

have you installed the correct settings for wap and mms from your network most of the network providers will send you these setting OTA (over the air) once you have installed these make sure to turn the phone off and on

To be able to send and receive MMS in your phone, please make sure that the MMS configuration is properly setup. You can contact your operator provider for the configuration, they can send it to you thru sms or they can walk you through the process of setting it up.

I had a similar issue with my kids' phones. It was something on AT&T's end that had to be reset. I know that no one enjoys having to call their tech support, but for these types of issues, sometimes that is the best approach.

It could be some problem with the settings for MMS in your phone.
Please check your MMS settings. If they are not entered, then you can get it from your service provider.
