Remove the printer data cable & restart the PC & printer. Then fit back the data cable & turn on the printer. Hope that's start working , if no luck then Uninstall the printer driver & restart the PC & Printer both again. Now install the driver of the printer and connect it with PC ,Turn on printer & go for a test print from the printer preference. Thanks & waiting for your reply.

Shredder bin full

Most models: 1) unplug, 2) put something down to collect paper bits, 3) lift up the shredder top unit off the bin, 4) empty the bin, 5) try and pull out any paper from the shredder top using tweezers - first remove paper that has not fed through by pulling it back out.
Often if the bin is overfull the shredder gets clogged and won't work or beeps. When unplugged, you have to carefully remove all the bits of paper from the teeth to unjam the two rows of teeth. Remedy is to frequently empty the bin.

REMOVE ALL PAPER FROM BIN ,OUT PUT BIN IS FULL Hi

Does not sound like a paper jam problem but a sensor problem sensor acurator is broken or out of place or the sensor is bad worse case the control that the sensors reports to is bad. Check you Output Bin Sensor acurator.

Standard bin full

Hello,

This error is cause by either having your output paper bin full of paper or the flag sensor out of alignment where the paper comes out of the top. Look at the top f the printer where the paper comes out and you should see a black plastic sensor flag, it should move freely. If it is stuck remove the top cover above it and try to free it so it can move. Below is a picture of the printer with the output sensor flag circled.

I can't get the door open do empty the shredding

You have probably got the bin so full it is stuck/jammed full of paper and you now can't remove it...this is a "consumer" model machine and to keep cost low they do not provide a "bag-full" light on the panel...you should regularly empty the bin so that the shredded paper does not totally jam the bin and in extreme cases then get caught back up into the cutting machanism and blow the pcb inside the machine...check your "users" instructions to remove the bin.

Standard top bin full remove paper

Greets!

Firstly, is the exit bin full of paper? If it is, just remove it.

If not, then it's going to be a sensor that recognizes the paper amounts in the exit tray. Check for broken plastics and possibly stuck plastic flaps in the exit tray.

If it's neither of those, try turn it off, unplug, then reverse.

Other than that, if no go, then it's an internal sensor issue. At that point, probably the best bet is to replace as repair costs would outweight a new unit cost most likely.
