When you place a new or a existing SIM card from another phone provider into your mobile phone and it asks for a Security code then :-
This phone is locked to the original mobile phone provider. You need to contact this mobile provider to ask for the unlock code (security code) for this phone. Go to 4shared and download "reset nokia security code" software. Put your IMEI number in it. It will generate the master code for your mobile. Do not keep your sim card in your set while entering it. Before even trying it, just remove your simcard from your handset and try the default pincode. Mine is nokia 3110c it has code 12345.
