Dash Zip-Line Bridge:This picture shows the layout of the track. Each section of track has a number on the bottom. Just put the sections together according to the map.
This picture of the entire layout will do you better than the picture of the box. The manual is pretty hard to come by, even the Thomas the Train website does not offer one because it is no longer manufactured. Hope the picture itself serves to help you get it put together like you wanted.
Usually there is more than one way to mount a track expansion. This is not explained in instructions. Here a website with general instructions for Trackmaster Thomas and Friends bridge expansion.
There are no online instruction in PDF. Instructions originally provided with the toy can be obtained contacting Fischer Price here:

Here is how Shake Shake bridge goes together:
On the bottom of each piece is a letter. Here is how the letters fit together to form an oval. Bridge is A and the other straight track is F you also have 2 B's & 2 C's
going clockwise: A - B - C - E - F - D - C - B The 2 tall supports go under the junctions at B & C on either side and the small supports go under the junctions at C & D and C & E

the tracks with letters are misty island put c and d together for corners (swap other side) then rickty bridge inbetween on one side and switch track on other. For numbers pretty much you can go by number (start with 1 and go left) I had to fidget a little but it worked
