Unfortunately, Samsung does not permit you to download the firmware and reinstall it. They do it themselves from the Samsung Service Center. Please visit the service center and get it done from them. A matter of half an hour only, but a visit is warranted.

you have to go to sonyericsson customer care centre or some mobile repair shop who have flash system like TWISTER and get flash your hand set.
