REINSTALL THE PC SUITE THEN SYNCHRONIZE IT WITH PHONE I.E. THE SAME SETTING IN PHONE ,IT HAS OPTION OF SYNCHRONIZING. THE BEST IS YOU USE DATA CABLE FOR CONNECTION

You need to download the latest PC suite to your computer then from there you can do the back up of your files to your computer: 1. go to ovi.com/softwareupdate then from there you can download the latest pc suite then install to your computer2. once you have downloaded the pc siute, connect the mobile phone via USB cable, your phone will ask you which media you want to use, select PC SUITE3. once connected to the computer via USB select the start icon on the lower left corner of the screen selecting the windows start icon4. there is a search bar, type pc suite then click twice the pc suite from the screen5. you will be prompted that the phone is connected via pc suite6. just select the back up icon then you will have a back up of your files in the computer, then you're good to go. thanks for choosing www.fixya.com

Nokia_Ovi_Suite_webinstaller_ALL.exe
make a new connection and sync with your computer

was you install nokia pc suite at your pc that you connnect to your nokia c3?
if you was not install, you need to install nokia pc suite first
because nokia phone can not connected to computer witout nokia pc suite
use cd installer that come with your nokia to install nokia pc suite
hi, you need to download the latest samsung pc suite, if you use google to search and type in samsung pc suite. then hit search that will list loads of sites that will let you download the latest pc suite, the 1st one in the list should be the samsung site so that will be the safest and best one to use.

Hi, have you installed the correct ps suite, for you computer to recognise the phone you need to install the latest motorola pc suite, so if you use google and type in the following, motorola pc suite. then hit search this will then list loads of sites that allow you to download the latest pc suite for your phone, the top one in the search results should be the motorola site so that would be the best and safest to use. now once you have downloaded it and then installed it you can connect your phone to your computer and it will then be recognised by your computer.

It could be old version. Go to www.sonyericsson.com and download the latest version. DON'T connect your phone until installation finish. When PC Suite installed click on How to Connect and follow on screen instruction. Also is goo to remove battery from the phone before connecting.
the nokia has released its latest version of PC suite ..... may be your phone model doesnt support the present suite version.. please try installing the latest version
