It has a small hole to reset in it. put some pin type tool to reset
There is no hole for reset in the above model. The only hole is that of a microphone.
If u r not sure abt anything, stop commenting in the dark and misguide people. Actual process is
"turn off the bluetooth by holding the button. It's off when it shows red. Now hold the button until you get a steady blue light. Not the flickering one. You'll hold it and it will flicker blue, keep holding until it stays blue. You can now sync again"

Be sure the the headset in in 'Pairing' mode.
When in pairing mode, the light should be flashing red and blue or have a steady blue.
The put most headsets in pairing mode, turn headset OFF, then hold the power button until it goes into pairing mode as discribed above.
Then you can discover it with your phone or PC. Pin (pass key) should be 0000 (4 Zeros) or try 1111, 1234, 9999
