Unplug the wiring connector to the blower fan and with the fan and key on check it with a test light. If it has power to the blower motor it will need replaced. Please rate this answer, thanks.

No link--switch bad or wire to it unplugged or broken.

'94 Silverado heat/ac fan not blowing. Hear clicking when selecting l,m, and high but not blowing

94 CHEVY Silverado ????,heat/ac fan not blowing. K1500?????? Hear clicking when selecting l'm, SET high but not blowing! WITH AIR OR NO A/C? FIRST IS FUSES, MAKE SURE THE BLOWER FUSE IS NOT BLOWN.
EASY NO? CHECK ALL FUSES FIRST. ON ALL ELECTRICS FAILING OF ANY KIND.
BAD FUSE, BAD WIRINIG , BAD CONNECTIONS. OR EVEN BAD RELAYS TO THE BLOWER OR BAD SWITCH BLOW.
THE OLD CARS , HAD A SPEED BLOW , RESISTOR BLOCK
THAT FAILS ON ALL SPEEDS BUT HIGH, SO ITS NOT THAT.
OWN A VOLT METER????
HERE IT IS, ANY OF THIS CAN FAIL THIS OLD
WE USES A VOLTMETER TO FIND THE POINT OF FAILURE.
A SHORTED BLOWER MOTOR CAN BLOW LEFT SIDE TOP
FUSABLE LINK.RIGHT FUSE BLOWN MAKES THE CONTROLLER DEAD.

Why did my 02 trailblazer stop blowing ac through all the vents when, switched to heat it still doesn't blow air through the vents? I have no air flow what's wrong?? :(

First check all the fuses. There should be one for Blower or Heater. If all fuses are good, It is likely a bad blower motor or a switch to turn on the blower motor. Try all fan speeds in non auto mode and see if you get any activity. If you get activity on some fan speeds then it is the switch or sometimes called the blower motor resistor. If no activity, its time for a new blower motor. They are under the dash usually on the passenger side, shouldnt be too hard to pull out.

Location for blower motor fuse on a 1994 ford escort hatch

this isnt the heatercore as it is producing heat and the blower is a fan. the issue could be there is a bad connection to the blower or that the fuse is no longer good.

Blower fan for the AC on 1994 Van C20 stopped working, where is the fuse or what can I check

the fuses are under the dash on the drivers side.if the fuses are good then the next thing to check is the blower motor resistor under the hood by the blower motor.there should be about 4 wires that are in the plug maybe 5.the resistor is about 3" by 1.5" in size and is held in the air box by 2 bolts.with the fan turned on check the large wire at the blower resistor,it should have battery voltage.if it does then take out the resistor assembly, you will see 3-4 resistors that look like wound up wires of different sizes and lengths.there is the possibilty that it could be the fan control switch on the control head on the dash.

I have a 2000 Nissan Xterra and the 2 blower fuses keep blowing causing the the heat not to work. When I went to switch out the fuses the first time the motor and heat worked right away but only for a...

you have a problem with the motor circuit drawing more amperage than the fuse will allow. it could be the motor itself, or something that is keep the motor from turning freely. otherwise it's a wiring problem. i would suggest unplugging the motor, and then turning on the fan. hopefully, if there is some short to ground, which sounds unlikely, the fuse will blow. otherwise i suggest replacing the blower motor. good luck!

Heater fan in 1991 Pontiac sunbird stopped working. We have replaced fuses, and the fan motor. Still not working, continues to blow the fuses. What to do?

Replace the blower motor resistor assembly. To locate the electrical connector for the blower motor resister, it is usually attached to a heating or air conditioning Duct, or the blower motor case. You can also trace the Purple Wire from the blower motor back to the resister. Also make sure that the blower fan is not jamed up with somthing in side and will spin freely,or binding same thing, this will also cause the fuse to blow right away. And does the motor actually spin a bit before it blows the fuse or does it blow the fuse at the same time the switch is turned on? Good Luck and have a good XMASS.

The heating and air condition does not blow

start by checking all your fuses, next if fuses are good then check the blower motor resistor, these resistors go bad often, its located in engine compartment,on the rightside on blowermotor housing

Air and heat not blowing air through vents

Either Your fan switch is burned out or you blower motor is no good, your blower motor is on the passenger side under the dash. Before you replace any parts you need to check your fuses and relays under your hood and in the car. Usually if your fan switch goes bad you will still get some air blowing thru the vents, so my guess would be blower motor, If its not a blown fuse or relay.
