I can not figure out how to change the volume

Once you get to Volume mode, use the "<" and ">" keys.

Need more info. Are you using the volume control on the unit as your main control or the volume on the TV? I have a setup in which my sound is routed through a 5.1 Teac amp. The sound level on the amp os set and not changed. The volume control on the TV dictates the amount of sound. If the amp volume is set too high, then this will be amplified even more through the TV's sound input (the red and wite RCA cables).

If this is the case, turn down one of the folumes (the one that remains unchanged) and see what happens.

The volume button on the the side of the phone. Or go into settings, phone profiles, create, and change the volume there.

you have to turn off zone 2 it mybe on the back of the remote unit the door after you do so the master volume will work

Try pressing "volume up" and "volume down" at the same time on the keyboard.

usually,there are arrows pointing up and down. press the button to lower or higher the volume

Go to settings, user profiles, select a profile (general) and then click on customize. There it will let you change the volume and/or ringtones.

Press DSPL for 2 seconds
Press the + or - volume buttons to set the hour
press SEL
Use the volume buttons to set the minute
Press DSPL

while making a call press th left navigator key twice anf start decreasing th volume
