Do a vinegar flush Pour a quart of distilled vinegar into your washer and using Hot water wash let your machine run through a wash and rinse cycle. The vinegar will cut through suds .. also wipe down the rubber gasket with a 1/2 vinegar /water solution to clean the gasket

If you have a water softener or very soft water, soap will suds up more than if your water is normal or hard, so you'll need to use less than recommended. Obviously soap breaks down the dirt, but the dirt also breaks down the soap, so if your clothes are not very dirty to start with, you'll need less soap than if they were more dirty. Soap can also be stored in laundry like towels and cleaning rags and when combined with the laundry soap will suds more. You can try raising the leveling legs in the front to tip the washer back. This will help the water drain back into the tub instead of pooling on the boot. You can also try using the 'extra rinse' option. Keep cutting back on how much soap you use until your laundry is not as clean as it should be. You might be surprised how little soap you can use!

Rl on the control panel

The "rl" (remove load) error code appears when you are running the "Clean Washericon1.png" cycle. You must not have a load of clothes in the washer during this cycle. Remove the clothes from the drum, and restart the cycle. The "Sud" error indicates that the detergent is over-sudsing. The Duet washer automatically combats this by reducing the amount of suds in the washing machine. Let the washer finish the suds-reduction steps. Use less detergent during the next wash cycle.

Suds message

The suds message usually means that there was too much detergent in the machine for the load. Remember to use a HE detergent and use the recommended amount. For a small load, use just enough detergent to reach the minimum detergent line (if there is one). Otherwise, you should use about half of the usual amount of detergent for a small load compared to a large load.

Usually the washer will add an additional rinse to remove the extra suds. If you notice detergent is still on your clothes, run the load through the washer on the same cycle without adding more detergent.

The manual for several versions of the Whirlpool Duet GHW9150P are available from GE: https://www.whirlpool.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/OCManualsLiteratureSearchResultView?catalogId=10561&langId=-1&storeId=10211&krypto=5QgxQhneFlibuKNJvC4qU4ramPrjJ75r2vuMTp0sZ%2F7cWgUj2a5ZKg%3D%3D&ddkey=http:OCManualsLiteratureSearchResultView . I hope this helps.

Code f 02 and it is normally in the drain cycle.

This error code indicates that drain times are longer than expected.

Make sure the drain hose is not kinked or clogged. Straighten the hose for adequate water flow. Remove any blockage from the drain hose, drainpipe or utility sink. Use the U-shaped drain hose form on the drain hose, and secure the drain hose.

Use only HE High Efficiency detergent. Using non-HE detergent, or more than the manufacturer's recommended amount of detergent, can cause excessive suds. The excess suds will slow or stop the removal of water from the washer.
Concentrated detergents labeled 2x and higher will require a small amount of detergent based on load size. Always follow the manufacturer's recommendations.

ERROR CODE?

The SUD error code means that there could be a couple of problems. It could be a bad pump, an extra heavy load, excessive detergent, or excessive suds.

Duet ht

Are you using HE detergent? If so, make sure you only use the amount called for. If you are not using HE detergent only use 1/4 of what is called for. Remember there is a lot less water in the front load machines.
