I bought aMaytag 3000 seris in 2008 and I am getting these messages: F21 ... Maytag 5000 Series washer F21 error code was flashing and door will not open.
Your washer water valve inlet screens may be dirty / covered with debris and need cleaned. Some hoses have additional screens installed at the faucett connection depending on who did the install process. Low water pressure will also cause this code.
need the correct model # and ser # _ _ _ 3000 _ _ _ _ this tell us age and and fault codes . now inside the machine / you will find a tec sheet with the codes . this may be quicker .. mm
