Severe developer pollution. The error actually means there is far less toner in the developer mix than the system will allow. Look inside the toner hopper. If it is full of toner, it may be the toner hopper motor or auger has failed. Unfortunately once it gets to this level of error, an authorized Oce service technician has to be called to either reset the error and to run tests to bring the toner/developer level back to normal.

Transport motor dealing with the duplexer which helps with making double side copies, your right side of the machine the cover has to opening outer open section is causing the problem check it and have a tech come out and check it.

hi tracey, 5102 is a main motor failure, it is possible for there to be paper jammed tight in the fuser unit, if not this will pretty much be guaranteed to be the main motor

Main motor malfunction
- The main motor (M1) lock signal remains HIGH for a continuous 1-sec. a period at any time 1 sec. after the main motor has started turning.

Remedy

1 Check the connector between M1-PRCB CN6 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
2 Check M1 for correct drive coupling and correct as necessary.
3 M1 operation check.
4 Change PRCB.
5 Change DCPU.

C-5102/5103 - Main motor failure.
Check the motor connector,the drive coupling or the mechanical control board and DC power supply unit.90% mechanical rpoblem.

I tried all the above but still it shows code C-5102.

Please advise.

You should never blow your machine. The error must be cleared by an authorized Canon/Oce service technician. There is no other way.

reinstall the driver and try again.
