Hi this is an issue with the drum motor if you turn off the machine and then turn it back on dose the error go away if not then you need to check the drum unit assembley remove it and see if you can turn the drum also check the drum motor to see if it is damaged
my advise would be to change the drum motor and check the drum unit for damage
We have a WorkCentre 7655 that has been working fine for ages but is now causing some issues. A user who is running Windows 7 32 bit edition is sending files to print (using the secure print function) - the system is reporting they have spooled fine to the printer - but when they go and release the document they are getting (more often than not) about 16 out of 21 pages (for example) and then a PCL XL Error (Subsystem: Text, InternalError 0x50, Operator: Text, Position: 8564). I have another document that 9 times out of ten will actually crash the WorkCentre completely and cause it to reboot mid way through printing.
The driver we are using is the latest: "Xerox WorkCentre 7655 rev 2.0 PCL6"
As mentioned the user is running Windows 7 - the printer is shared from a Windows 2003 Server which has the same version of the driver.
