I enterd a wrong pin code in 10 times then mobiles wants puk code but i dont known the puk code?

PUK code is called as PERSONNAL UNBLOCKING KEY.
Your phone will ask for PUK code when you entered the PIN code wrongly several times depending upon the mobile make. The mobile asks for PUK code so that unauthorized persons do not use your mobile for wrong cause.
To get PUK code please contact your service provider through phone or go directly to their office. They will provide you the PUK code for your mobile. The PUK code for mobile phone.so that you can open your phone. When you planning to call your service provider you cannot use your mobile as it is fully locked. Please use some other mobile with same network to call your service provider.
While you get the PUK code ,the service provider customer care officer will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only. If they are satisfied with your answers they will provide with the PUK code
DONOT enter the PUK code several times wrongly,It will block your sim card permanently.
This PUK code is FREE. You no need to pay any sum to get the PUK code

PUK is Pin Unblocking Code. This is normally a code available to help mobile users with the telephone company as when one activates PIN code for his/her mobile and by chance forgets that PIN code and enters wrong PIN code for 4 times then PUK code is asked. This code can be given to the user on request by the customer care after proper verification.
PUK code is 10 digit code and if user enters wrong PUK code for 10 times then SIM card is bloked and user needs to change the SIM card.

i you got it from a phone provider, they have the puk code number

Just follow the instruction carefully as what the phone is asking.

Here is the steps :

If you got error lately,just turn off you mobile for 1 hour to reset the counter,cause if you continue entering wrong codes,the seem might be rejected or it goes like "simcard rejected

* turn on your mobile (mobile should be off for 1 hour to reset the counter)
* if ask for the PUK code,enter it
* If ask for a "NEW" PIN code,enter your new desired PIN code
* If ask to verify the code,just retype your new desired PIN code.

You are thengiven 10 attempts to enter your PUK code. The phone asks for PUK code ( Personal Unblocking Key )if a wrong PIN code is entered repeatedly

PUK code is related to the SIM card you are using in your phone and not the phone itself

So kindly call the Customer support of your cellular service provider and they will provide you with the PUK code free of charge

Please note: Entering a wrong PUK code ten times in a row permanently disables the SIM card. So please be careful while entering the PUK code

PUK code and PIN Code:

Please dont try more than 3 times.If you try more than 3 times the Sim will get locked.And it will ask for PIN code.Both these PUK and PIN code can be given only by the network service provider. Please call the network service provider of your mobile.And ask him to provide the PUK code or PIN code.He will ask you some basic details like name,date of birth for his verification.And he will provide you the PUK and PIN code.This is done for free of cost.

Hi,
1. PUK code is a code which is known only to your SIM card provider.
2. Call to your network customer care from any other mobile and request them to give you the PUK code.
3. Enter the PUK code received from customer care into your mobile to reset the pin code also.
4. But please note that if your try entering the PUK code wrongly more than 10 times, then your SIM card may get blocked and the only way is to get the duplicate SIM card and your existing SIM card is not usable any more. so don't try to input wrong PUK codes many times.

The PUK code is generated by your service provider. If you haven't already, DO NOT enter a code if you don't know it because after 10 wrong tries your SIM card is permanently deactivated, taking all data on it out with itself.

you can find ur PUK number at backside of ur plastic sim card it will be avable there
