have you ever installed an application on that phone?

sometimes a application will not install on your phone if you do not have enough memory on your phone for it.

You may have to purchase a micro sd card for your phone so you have more memory to install. after you have the micro sd card the pc studio may allow you to install it.

If this does not work then uninstall the PC Studio on your computer and the reinstall it.

the same thing happened to me with my Blackberry software.

When you loaded the software to your pc the install might have went wrong.

for your Samsung phone I believe in order to record a conversation you will need to download software on your phone to do so. if you have internet access on your phone you can go directly to the software of your choice and download directly to your phone. Or you can download the software to your PC and transfer it to your phone via usb cable or bluetooth when available.
