Try to hit the f8 button after pushing the power button to see if you get a menu. If you do, it will ask you about starting in safe mode, staring in last know good configuration. If you can start in last known good configuration, that will get you back to the last time the computer worked properly.
If that does not work. Remove all power from the laptop for about 10 minutes and try to start it.
Try these ideas and let me know how you do. I stand ready to assist you further.

My apologies for missing the fact that you have a tablet. I researeched you tablet and it appears that there is a shock sensor that may activate when the tablet is moved or carried. The sensor may keep the computer from starting or reacting. Keep the tablet horizontal when you try to start it to deactive this shock sensor.
If this does not work, it may not be this shock sensor. Try using the directions below.
I have attached the link to your tablet's manual. The information on the shock sensor is on the bottom right side of page 35 in the manual.
If you hit the function button (FN) while the tablet is booting up, it acts the same as the F8 button and gives you an advanced boot menu. This will hopefully give you the option to start in safe mode, or go to last known good configuration.
If you get no menu, you can hit the escape button to open the BIOS setup. You can the try to reset the bios back to factory settings to make sure that this is not the problem.
The information on these buttons are on page 24 of the manual.
The manual is located on this link: http://solutions.us.fujitsu.com/www/cont...
Let me know how you do.

There is no f(anything) key - it is a tablet. With a keyboard plugged in, power button (any function key) generates no response.
