Hi Roy, W/D here. I wrote this earlier for another person, but it works just as well twice.
You already have the diagram! (Bear with me).
Make sure that your power is off.
If you look carefully at the drum, you can see where the old belt was running.
Place your new belt in that position.
Now, place the belt over the motor pulley (It is in the same plane as the belt position on the dryer).
Pull the tensioning pulley past the belt, and ease it into place.
Roll the drum several revolutions by hand, just to get the belt tracking completely right.
Put it all back together and you're done!

There are 3 diagrams for GE on the above link depending on the dryer year.
Is your model number DBRL33EE2WW as posted? The model number is not crossing.
GE Dryer numbers usually start with a WE.

Hey can you verrify the model number i have several belt diagrams for you but it is not showing this model number that you provided if you want go to www.repairclinic.com and go to the get repair help section and select dryers and then select what is wrong with your dryer on the left side towards the bottom there will be a section about belt installation diagrams t list a lot of them ok
