Hi jerilee436,
Let's start with easiest thing first... Take out your SD card and re-insert it and see if your phone picks it up. (If you don't already know this is how you locate the SD card: http://www.fixya.com/support/t8475945-g1_memory_card_slot)
If that doesn't work, you can try putting your SD card into a card reader (You may already have one on your computer. However, if you don't ask try asking a friend if they have one OR you can purchase one from here: http://www.amazon.com/Sandisk-MobileMate-Plus-Memory-Reader/dp/B000Q3IUV2). If the card works in your computer try formatting it and putting it back into your phone. Still doesn't work? Try a different SD card in the phone. If that ALSO doesn't work then you likely have a bad card reader in your phone :'( You'll have to call up your cell phone provider and see what they can do from there.
Hope that helps!

I lost all music and photos. Sd card says it's

You'll need a recovery program and your PC to retrieve them. I use RescuePRO Deluxe but there are many others out there and some are free. Get the software and a card reader, connect the reader, insert the card and run the recovery software. If your PC cannot access the card, try a "Quick Format" from the PC and then run the recovery software.

Good day! I have a Samsung galaxy 5 phone here and the problem that i encountered is that when I will insert an SD card to the sd card slot. it will say " Blank SD card" although that card is not...

Copy all your valid information from the SD card to your C: drive, and burn the files to CD-recordable.

Then, insert the SD card into the phone, and allow it to "format" or "initialize" the SD card for use with your Samsung device.

My sd card is saying blank and unsupported

Is your computer able to read the card with an SD adapter? If so, back up any information on it to the computer. Put card back in phone and go to settings->storage->unmount SD card->then format SD card. Allowing the phone to format the card usually has better results than formatting it in Windows because it's going to use the correct file system type.

Hope this helps
