SOURCE: Looking for a Manual for a West Bend Lektro Maid

If google and manufacturer website are of no help then ask a search agency like http://manualfox.com/link/westbend.htm - They do a great job.
The service is not for free, but often worthy (you only pay if they find what you are asking for).

I would like to buy a new Lektro Maid skillet. I can fined preowned skillets but I would like to buy a new skillet

Hello, Peggy -

Apparently, West Bend Co., which used to manufacture the Lektro / Miracle Maid electric skillets, no longer makes electic skillets using those brand names.

West Bend Co. _does_ still manufacture electric skillets however:

We have a Lektro Maid electric skillet that came with our Miracle Maid waterless cookware purchased approximately 30 years ago. The temperature control appears to have a short in it because the light on...

Miracle Maid and West Bend are both out of business. I just called and talked with Regal Ware who take calls about the cookware--1-262-626-8623. They cannot fix the problem because the terminals have a short and there are no longer any parts available! It is the BEST electric skillet ever!!

Wattage for Kirby Sentria G10D

The conversion of Amps to Watts is governed by the equation
Watts = Amps x Volts

For example 1 amp @ 110 volts = 110 watts
your case 7 amp @ 120 volts = 840 watts
unless you are running it at 230v but I don't think you can
I would look for one rated for Volt-Amps instead of watts
It's best to round up to be safe add 40 - 60 watts
