I got a 2Gb, Blue, Riptunes MP 1872b player
To answer a lot of peoples question, the 2 - 4Gb Riptunes Media Player CAN play video! As long as it says it can.
Here's what you need to know.
First - Go the Rip-Tunes.com main website and at the bottom of the page find a link called "Downloads" and click on it. That's where you'll see detailed instructions on what conversion program you'll need and what settings you'll need the program to be at. Here's the linkhttp://rip-tunes.com/download.html There is also a Link on that page to download the program but the software you get is compressed and the file is corrupt so you can't unzip it.
Second - The conversion software you'll need is "viDrop" and you will have to search for it online. I found the latest version of it herehttp://mympxplayer.org/viewtopic.php?t=7... and it's completely Free.
Third - Once you follow the instructions on the rip-tunes website to match up the settings in viDrop, just convert the file and connect your Media Player to your computer and copy the movie to the player. You just copy the video file right into the main folder along with your Music files, e-books, and pictures.
Good Luck and I hope I helped.
