If your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it
you might have to uninstall then restart your computer then reinstall both the sound drivers and the sound card make sure you have both of these devices backed up to a disc before uninstalling
a yellow? question mark means you need to install/update driver to do this
right click to install driver also
click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to sound, video and game controllers you might see a yellow question mark? Right click to reinstall drivers
click start control panel sounds and audio, volume, advanced, speakers select appropriate speakers also audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have the correct settings there
also
click start control panel sounds and audio devices you can adjust the volume there also select speaker volume you can change your settings there you can also tick in the box place icon in taskbar
if his does not fix the problem

have you tried this control panel sounds and audio, volume, advanced, speakers select the appropriate speakers from the drop down list or navigate to the device manager scroll to system devices + to expand, system speaker right click properties then select use this device (enable)

hope this helps

Gently open the front grille and remove the driver. You should see if the wiring to the driver is loose.

There are 2 volume controls on the audio output in windows 7. one is the system volume the other is the device volume. make sure that they are both at full and then control the sound volume on your speakers.

No green light on my logitech speakers

First and foremost, did you test those speakers at the store before you bought them? There must be an ON/OFF switch somwhere on those speakers. Or maybe, the AC cable is defective or loose. Try unhooking it from your speakers then hook it back. Or did you forget to plug it in the wall electrical outlet?

Hi,
OS these days are usually set up for additional hardware like speakers. But you should check the settings for the speakers from your computer first. To find out if the settings is the culprit, you can plug your speakers into another music player to test it. If the same issue arises, you may have to bring it back for exchange.

Hi, I am having trouble with my Logitech LS21 2.1 Stereo Speaker System, it is making a quite loud buzzing sound when plugged in (off or on). If you can help send a email back. Thank You Blake.

LOL. This is a common, easily solveable problem. Remove your cellphone or anything that emits radiation of any sort from the general area. Don't believe me? send a text message while sitting net to your speakers. It does this even if you arent sending a message because your phone sends intermittent signals to the cell tower. the radiation being emitted from the phone does weird things with the magnets inside the speakers.
