How do i convert my adcom gfa 6000 from 115 ac to 220 ac? thanks

It's a small job because the GFA-6000 transformer has dual 110v primary windings so you just reconfigure them to run in parallel thus doubling the input voltage to 220v. It takes less than 10 minutes, small allen wrench to remove the top and a screwdriver to redo the wires. Basically, you need to remove the top cover and change the terminal position of a few wires. Just email adcom and they will send you a document that tells you the exact procedure. If you can't get a response from them, post back here and I'll try to dig my document out from my mountain of papers and detail the procedure. However, this is something that any competent electrician / electronician should be able to do for you at a very small fee without even requiring documentation.
