I have a Gigaware 4GB MP3 player, and suddenly my computer will not recognize that it is plugged in. I've searched for drivers for it, but can't find anything. It was working until the other day. It won't play, or do anything. Any ideas on what I can do to get my computer to recognize it? Are there drivers for it? I'm at a loss.

Why won't my Sansa 250R won't recognize an sd card?

Your 4GB card is actually a microSDHC card. The e250 works with microSD cards, 2GB and smaller.

My computer will not recognize my gigaware 4GB video mp3 player and when i plug it into the computer a battery pops up on the mp3 player screen even though it has been charging for one day and i can not...

I'm not with this brand specifically, but it does sound a lot like the iPod so I will try to help...
Even though the battery is most likely fully charged, it will continue to show the battery symbol to show that it is charging/charged. Depending on the brand, there will be a different symbol between a charging battery and a charged battery.
As for your music, make sure you have the most current driver(s) installed on your computer.

I have a Gigaware 4GB MP3 GX400 4-420

Download the drivers from Creative Labs, or with the disk included with the MP3 player.

Computer will not recognize mp3 player

Find the MP3 player in the device manager, delete it, then plug it in again and see if Windows recognizes it and reinstall the drivers properly.
If on the second try windows does not install the device drivers properly, find it in the device manager right click on it and click update drivers

Computer Won't Recognize Device

Try plugging your USB cable (attached to your player) into the computer before you turn the computer on and boot up . . . I had this same problem with a flash drive that the computer would not recognize if I plugged it into the computer while the computer was already on.
