You may have one of two problems. A vertical one in which you may have horizontal lines across the top of the screen. Or one bright centered horizontal line. The fix here is to resolder the vertical IC and replace the capacitors near and next to the vertical IC. The second problem would be the dead set. In this case , the power supply will need reworked. You will need the following components. Replace the powerline regulator STR53041, the regulator N4923 and capacitors of these values, 25 volt at 100 MF and a 35 volt 22 Mf. these components are near and next to the regulator STR 53041. Now,next to or in front of the flyback transformer there is a small cap at high voltage...I believe this one may be a 200 volt at 1 or 2.2 Mf. replace this, and the other capacitor near two heat sinks on the edge of the board in front of the vertical IC is a 25 volt 220 Mf cap that is also dead. It has been a very longtime since I have repaired this one. But the information, will get your TV up and running again! Find an electronic hobbiest or a TV tech to repair this for you. This info will help you get a reasonable repair bill. Thanks for asking and show a few hands of support.

I dont want to buy new graphic card how i run resident evil 5 it says unsupported pixel shader 2.0

Try updating your video card drivers. Most manufactures have drivers listed in the support section of their websites. If this does not solve the problem, you will have to upgrade the video card.

I locked out my PUK code how do I fix it?

you need a new sim card. PUK codes give you three chances to get it then the sim card is destroyed. If you havent tried to unlock it three times call your service provider they can give you the PUK but if you have already tried three times your sim is fried and number stored on it are gone. Just go in and get a new sim for free.

When turning the power on get a beep a pause a beep

If your monitor plugs directly into the motherboard, then you need to purchase a video card and install it in your system. The computer will bypass the built in video and use the video card. If your monitor plugs into a separate video card already installed in your system, then that card needs to be replaced. That is what the beep code means when you turn it on -- the computer can't find the video. Oh, and please take a moment to give this solution a fixya rating. Thanks! :c)

Back ground screen flickering

If it flicker continually that may well be either the video card (hopefully not part of the motherboard) or the monitor. Your best bet is to tt on someone else's machine. If it does not flicker then you probably have a bad (or soon to be very bad) video card. If, your video card is built into your machine, don't give up....you can buy a video card and install it....they are not expensive if you are not a big time gamer. Price ranges are anywhere from $8-20 if you are a normal PC user. Pricewatch.com can give you some insight. You will need to know what type of slot you have available....presumably AGP (but PCI, if you have an open slot on the motherboard, will also work....AGP is faster.)
