In case of your Acer laptop the easiest method would be using software from Hiren's Boot CD as it's pretty hard to open it up and reach for the CMOS battery or the jumper.
1. Select Netbook from Product Family. 2. Select Aspire One from Product Line. 3. Select AOD250 from Model. 4. Select your Operating System from the O/S dropdown. 5. Download your required driver.
Look below your arrow keys, near the bottom edge of the computer. There's a wireless indicator there, and on the edge itself there is a switch. You might have turned it off accidentally. Hope to have helped :)
haha same here and i have an acer aspire one too and i live in a VERY rural area people in the next town over haven't even heard of it. i heard you can get those things on ebay pretty cheap
