When dish washer is on water pips are knacking boom boom

This could be from the solenoid valve kicking on and off.You can have a plumber install a hammer arrestor also you might need a pressure regulator on d/w if the pressure is more than the manufacturers recommended psi.If you have a plumber install an arrestor have him install some good pipe straps .

Confirm that the lid switch a common failure is working. A distinct click is usually heard when lid is closed. Temporarily by-pass to confirm and diagnose this type of problem. Confirm tab is in place on the lid.

My dishe washer wont turn on

Make sure there's power getting to the dishwasher. Check for a tripped circuit breaker or a blown fuse. Check the wall socket for power. Sometimes the power cord disconnects at the dishwasher (inside the junction box, behind the bottom kick panel), if this is the case, the wiring must be repaired or replaced

Now, if you have confirmed that the unit is receiving power from the outlet, and the unit is still not responding, this will lead to a failed control board, or timer module. replace either the timer, or control board, in this case.

Jackson JP-24 dishwasher does'nt rinse soap off

The problem is hard water not soap. There is a new product out called the dishwasher filtration system. It filters the water before it enters your dishwasher. It works amazing and has a money back guarantee. You will love the way your dishes look after the first load. It is also very affordable (like 70 bucks). Go to www.dishwasherfilter.com to find out more info.

Washer quits working. Let it set for a few hours then it works

you may have overheating motor ..once the motor gets hot it will shut off after cooling down it may restart..overheat may be due to bad motor ,wiring or timer ..sometimes the timer will cause the motor to try to run in both speeds at the same time thus overheating if motor sounds heavy during run suspect this may be reason

Will not fill with water and the tablet does not drop it starts up and then just stays on that same cycle position

yakers hope you can read this too the first thing dish washers do when you turn them to start is drain to get any left over water in the sump out then they fill then start wash cycle bazamoza id say you have a bad timer motor you can advance it manually one click at a time if you hear the water valve kick in then replace the timer if not reply to this post for further action
yakers check the float in the tub to make sure its engaging the safety micro switch pull the kick plate off at the bottom and find the rod from the dome in the tub and see if its engaging the micro safety switch that keep it from over filling
if all that's good then reply to post

New start button?

Hello Colette,
When a component sometimes works and sometimes doesn't work, it suggests the component itself is functioning correctly. Check for loose wire connections on the door switch, the start switch, and on the cycle-reset switch which is located on the cam-timer assy of the machine (if so equipped). Cam timer assy is behind the kick-plate, under the door.
