Hi The problem may be with the game. some PS2 games are partially compatible with PS3. When the controller vibrates and turns off use the wire to switch it on and keep running.
It should sync after connecting it with a cable to the PS3. If not, try turning off the PS3, then holding the PS button on the controller near the PS3. This should detect it and turn on the PS3, syncing the controller in the process.
hey , i think the wires inside might have came lose , my whammy bar broke an when i took it apart i noticed the wires arent they sturdy , so just pop a few screws an check it out
i had same problem and the instructions don't tell you to double tap the nyko button and it'll start blinking real fast and then the foot pedal button while the guitar is blinking real fast and it'll sync...let me know if this works... [email protected]
