One of the jet assemblies on my Jacuzzi 325 hot tub popped out and I can't get it to stay back in. i've been pushing it in as hard as I can but when I turn the pumps on it pops back out. Should I be threading (screwing) it on, or does it just push in? Thanks!

Once a jet face has fallen out of a hot tub that means the insert has failed and is broken. you will need to locate a new jet insert. Jet inserts have little tabs on them that hold them in place and when they get worn out the jet face will fall out into the tub.

Testimonial: "Thanks very much. I was kind of guessing that those two little nubs of ear tabs had some purpose. I'll search out new parts."

Take a rubber band and wrap the base of the jet so it fits tight then push it into the seat, this worked for my jets on a hydrotherapy spa if that don't work take astandard size rubber glove and cut off the fingers at the knuckles..then slide over stem of jet, cutting out any notches for waterflow..push jet back in.bada bing...been workingfor 3 years now on a tropic seas hydrotherapy tub. 40 of the 65 jets were flying off, factory wanted 4.00$ a jet said due to water quality after owning it a year ...works perfect and still allows you to twist jets on and off...

Hot tub jets and heater turning off to fast

??? - turning off too fast? Problem exactly?
Are you saying that the jets don't stay on for the 15 minute cycle once you push the Jets button? If that is the case, then your circuit board is failing - the time chip is the problem. A certified Jacuzzi service center should be able to change the Dallas Time Chip.

Circuit braker keep popping

Sounds like the heating element has gone out again. Once you reset the circuit breaker and the tub turns on it will start to circulate the water. This usually runs like this for about 2 mins and then the tub will recognize it is cold and send power to the heater. If the element is back at that point it will blow the circuit breaker.
If this circuit breaker pops as soon as you turn it on then you most likely have a bad circuit board.

When I push the button on my american standard jacuzzi tub I hear the hum of the motor but jets don't come on

In my case I took the motor out and used a screw driver to turn the impeller in the front of the pump and the fins inthe back. Put it back together and it worked. I then used 2 tablesoons of dishwashing detergent and 1/2 cup bleach and ran it for 20 minutes to clean and degrease the impellers

RapidHeat In-Line Heater U395000 [ Bathtubs and Whirlpools,: My jacuzzi tub jets run for ONLY about 5 minutes b...

you have a bad motor - when a motor overheats there is a sensor inside the motor that will shut if down so as to not damage the windings and such. once your tub has cooled down for 10 mins or so it will turn back on. the fact that you can push the button multiple times just means that you are turning the air switch on the back of the motor on/off until you get to the point where the motor has cooled down and will turn back on. if you do not push the air button after the tub shuts down and you finish your bath then when the pump cools down it will come back on because the air switch in the motor is latching i.e. it is either on or off. Since you left it in the on position the motor will come back on once the motor has cooled down.

Jacuzzi whirlpool hot tub, flashes Fl-1 has new filters,

Sounds like a bad heating element. This is located in a stainless steel tube under or around the main control box behind the cover around the tub. It is not hard to replace but should be done by a pro. The part is avaliable online.

I know I can take a bath without turning on the jets. However; does the bath water with soap flow back into the jets? I like bubble baths, If I leave the jets off can I use the bubble bath without having...

The soapy water will fill all of the jets, tubes and the pump assembly. Will it hurt the tub if the jets are not running? The soap film will build up in the jets, tubes and pump assembly and can possibly cause damage if the tub is run at a later date. Contact the tub manufacture and see if there is a safe bubble bath you can use.

Froze the jacuzzi.

You'll need to start electrical troubleshooting from a point where you have power and then keep testing further into the unit to find out where the power stops. Is there a local 'ground fault' reset button inside the hot tub control area (under the tub?)
