DP23 LED not lit on deflection board no picture on tv

Problem started with blue convergence not lining up. replaced red and blue ics and RK50 and RK54 resistors for hitachi 53uwx10ba. connected and powered up tv - 5 minutes into warm up picture started to go. picture went out. tv will power up - red power light is on and all LED's are on except LED DP23 on deflection board. TV powers up but no picture or sound. Have full schematics for tv but unsure where to go from here. NOT a tv technician and trying to fix on my own. Not sure what to do now. Any help would be much appreciated.

Good Day, Gil;
Your problem is in deflection circuit (115+v) check these: FP05, DP15, Q777, QH01, TH01, T701, etc. BUT suspect C707 1k pfd, 2kv, and check all the pico fuses (brown) 2" to the right of cap. Good Luck, big IRISH.

I changed the IC chips on my hitachi 53uwx10b tv like you guys said that helped alot but still have wavey lines on both sides of the screen what do I change on the con. board now? Thanks alot Jim
Resistors " RK42 3.3ohms
RK46 1.8ohms RK50 2.7ohms RK54 1.5ohms RK58 3.9ohms RK62 2.2ohms After you replace all of them then enter convergence by pulling OFF bottom front panel there on front of convergence board is a small blue button press it and a convergence pattern will come up now aline each color red then blue.

Tv's picture is messed up.
Symptom: Blue convergence off, bowed inward at the top and bottom with No blue vert movement.
Cause: Replace IK05 (STK392-110) and RK54 (1.5 ohm/1W) and converge. RK50(2.2 ohm/1W)

Your convergence ICs Stk-392-110s Replace Both ICs.If 110s use 180s if 020s use 040s other wise Go by number on ICs .Mat electronics has parts 1-800-628-1118.Thats Cheap for 300.00 if you only have to replace ICs! Check all resistors around ics replace them if burt/read bad.RK42 3.3ohms RK46 1.8 RK50 2.7

Convergence on a 61
Have you replaced any of the resistors? RK42 3.3ohms /RK46 1.8 RK50 2.7 / RK54 1.5 / RK58 3.9 / RK62 2.2 ,ALSO remove front cover on TV looking at front of chassis is a button on board that has ICs/ press and hold for 3 secs with TV on ,then up should be convergence Pattern for alinement.

Blue won't line up at the top in digital array
you need to replace both convergence ICs and the six 1 watt feed resistors. The ICs are both STK392-110 and the resistors you need one of each RK42 3.3 ohm 1watt, RK46 1.8 ohm 1watt, RK50 2.7 ohm 1watt, RK54 1.5 ohm 1watt, RK58 3.9 ohm 1watt and RK62 2.2 ohm 1 watt.

Blue convergence
Thats the classisc sign that you need to replace both convergence ICs. You will need two Convergence ICs STK392-120 and then six resistors they are RK42 3.3 ohm 1watt, RK46 1.5 ohm 1watt, RK50 2.7 ohm 1watt, RK54 1.5 ohm 1watt, RK58 3.9 ohm 1watt, RK62 1.8 ohm 1watt. You can get replacement ICs and resistors at the following link and they provide free instalation instructions with pictures so you can repair the set yourself. Heres the link.
